Using this mobile application, you can independently conduct inspections of cars or equipment without the on-site participation of managers.· The client will need no more than 5 minutes for the examination procedure itself.
Uploading data to the system and verifying it will take up to 10 minutes.HOW IT WORKS:1.
On the dates agreed with the company, you will receive a notification that you need to go through an inspection2.
In the SMS notification, you receive authorization data.3.
You install the application on your smartphone as a client of Baltic Leasing;4.
Carry out the procedure using the functionality of the mobile application, and upload photos and videos in it;5.
Having received the files, the managers of Baltic Leasing in the software synchronized with the application evaluate the external and internal appearance of the car or equipment, take into account the date, time and geolocation of the inspection.IMPORTANT:· If the result obtained during the check does not meet the companys requirements (incomplete set of files, blurry image, etc.), the manager can initiate a re-inspection, about which you will be notified again in the application.We use all the received data internally, but in the event of legal proceedings, the company is obliged to provide materials to government authorities upon request.
